Brand REFRESH | Marketing Strategy | Website Rebuild
THREE SIXTY
The team at Three Sixty has been designing and building timeless spaces and crafting lasting relationships since 2007. When they started reworking their website, they needed to take a step back to assess their business – where they came from and where they’re going. We helped them dig deep to solidify and refine their brand identity, messaging, and story (and their website).
ESTABLISHING CLARITY AND CONSISTENCY
Their biggest obstacle is their biggest asset: they’re so good at designing and building spaces that are uniquely tailored to their clients’ vision and needs, that it can be hard to articulate (and share) who they are and what its like to work with them. We helped them build a cohesive Brand System, including:
- Brand story & content strategy
- Tightened up & cohesive logo set
- Elevated color palette & typography
- Brand graphics & collateral toolkit
BUILDING FROM THE INSIDE OUT
It all starts with their team, culture, and white-glove approach to building and designing beautiful spaces. We crafted their unique brand identity, including voice and tone, value proposition, positioning, brand story, and tagline.
A COHESIVE VISUAL SYSTEM & TOOLKIT
We also helped them elevate their visual brand system and develop a set of collateral templates to help them clarify what they do and who they are – a toolkit that reflects their impeccable design aesthetic, their deliberate process as well as the depth and breadth of their services across commercial and residential projects.
A FRESH YET FAMILIAR LOOK
During our collaboration with Three Sixty, we chatted with most of their team. Each one is refreshingly candid and undeniably passionate about their work together.
We were also fortunate to spend quality time with many of their clients, who affirmed the incredible experience and superior results Three Sixty delivers.
One of our favorite insights was “They’re art kids, with organizational skills!”
It was evident that Three Sixty’s vision and culture were already resonating through their work. We just had to listen carefully, ask intelligent questions, and help them tell their story intentionally and authentically.
If you’ve visited Milwaukee in the last 15 years, you’ve probably experienced one of their spaces. At the very least, it felt like you were transported into an immersive experience – from the upholstery on the benches to the built-by-hand hostess stand, every decision was deliberate.
Chances are, you probably told your friends about it – there was just something about savoring a meal inside one of their spaces that made you want to come back and share it with someone else.
Steve and his team at Thunderbird Creative were an absolute pleasure to work with and they exceeded all of our expectations. It wasn’t until we started to dig in that I realized how important this process was to our company’s growth. Every meeting that we had with the team left us feeling invigorated and eager for the next to see the results of our work. I have met very few people that communicate as well as Steve, his emails were timely and concise and he never missed a beat.
